The Blue Residence U-CEMS100 VOC online monitoring system consists of a VOC gas analyzer based on PID technology, a Japanese imported dehumidification and dust removal filter, a foreign brand long-life vacuum sampling pump, a 24V power converter, and a circuit protection device; Its working principle is: the product is powered by 220V, which is converted to 24V by an internal power converter and directly supplies power to the VOC detector and vacuum pump; The vacuum pump working internally actively sucks in the external gas into the trachea, and after efficient dehumidification and dust removal filtration, it is sent to the professional gas chamber of the VOC gas analyzer for concentration detection; The detected concentration values will be displayed in real-time on the screen of the VOC gas analyzer; At the same time, there are also 4-20mA or RS485 signals for remote data transmission; In addition, the U-CEMS100 VOC online monitoring system can also be used in conjunction with equipment such as fans, valves, and sprinkler systems in factories, and can be linked through internal switch signals.
